Facility was very attractive when I came in nice security, I was greeted by two different women that helped me right away. Even when I didn’t have an appointment, they explained a lot of important information to me about how my mother-in-law could qualify, or may not qualify for treatment and or a big help. As it stands, my mother-in-law will be on chemotherapy and therefore will not qualify for the facility, but I would be more than happy to tell people about my experience, and I would’ve thought she would’ve gotten great care there, and maybe after she finishes chemo, I will return and revisit that idea

First time visiting my mom who’s there for rehabilitation from a broken hip. It’s very clean and upscale looking. We sat with her for lunch in the dining room and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We moved her there after a short stay at Atlantic Shores, where she ended up in the ER because she was not receiving proper care. Hoping for a better outcome at Life Care.

I am very happy with the care that my wife is getting, the nursing staff have all been great in dealing with her! The administration has been very helpful in keeping me informed with her progress and condition. The facility is very clean and well maintained! My wife has been in a number of different facility’s and Life Care Center of Palm Bay has been the best one. I can truly understand why Life Care Center has maintained such a high rating for all of these years!

I would definitely like to recommend Life Care center of Palm Bay. In the short time my MIL has been in their care. She has improved mentally & physically. Every employee has shown outstanding care for their patients.

Compassionate care for my sister who has been wheel chair bound for 4 yrs due to family hardships and had hip surgery, all of the staff are very friendly , cooperative and helpful. The facility is wonderful, the dining and kitchen area just great . The only disappointment was that I saw before I helped chose was the hydro therapy was not in service otherwise I d give 5 stars .

My father suffered a heart attack and stayed at Life Care upon being discharged from the hospital. It was a nerve-wrecking and stressful time for our family, but we were so grateful for the care he received at the facility. He was not exactly an easy-going patient at times, but the staff was understanding and took good care to ensure his safety and treatment during his time there. He's almost fully recovered at home now, but we're thankful Life Care was able to help him get there. Thank you so much!

My mother was in this facility for approximately 3 weeks. She has severe dementia and needs someone to give her drinks every hour so that she does not get a UTI. Lo and behold, nobody gave her drinks, she can’t drink or eat on her own and now she is in the emergency room due to their neglect! Think before you place your loved one in their facility! Stay away! I have pictures to show what they did not do. Oh, and they lied about giving her baths! Three weeks and no bath!
